Hi, just browsing through your profile and noticed that you've watched up to ep 8 of kurogane no Linebarrel? The only group that is subbing that I know of is onibaku and they're only up to episode 4? Which group are you using to get your eps, would appreciate it if you told me so I can get my Linebarrel :)

and YES, mai-otome has romance in it... i'm suprised that it's not listed in the genres??
i remember some time ago you said that Kurogane no Linebarrels was pretty average, has it gotten better since??
True I wouldn't even bother watching great anime because they are just too damn long (Legend of the Galatic Heroes) I think that's what it's called.
As for Battle Royale I've seen and read all versions and here are their scores:
- Novel - 10/10
- Manga - 9/10
- Movie - 7/10 (Only the first one is somewhat based on the novel, the 2nd one is shit)

Dammmmmmmmmmn!! that girl is soooo kawaii, if it weren't for skip beat (awesome romance comedy anime+manga) i would probably have jumped straight onto it just for that pic.lol btw do i need to watch the first season to understand what's going on? or is it just one of those things where it's just good to watch the first season for the sake of seeing how things progress?

just saw mai-otome on your ptw list and i totally forgot abou that series. one thing i was meaning to ask you some time ago (coz i got a memory like a sieve -_-) was does mai-otome have straight romance (girlXBOY) if so, is it between the main protagonists? and finally does that relationship play a main part in the story?
Well if you skip the fillers and only watch it in Jap. sub then its a pretty good series, if you're into typical shounen stuff and lately the quality of Naruto has far surpassed Bleach.
Well I've been watching shounen anime lately, most notably the new Naruto Shipuuden episode, which is far better than anything Bleach has managed to produce since the fillers ended. ^_^
I wouldn't even waste my time with the Amaenaide yo! manga. =P. Oh and hopefully my latest manga review should be up in a couple hours. I'll send you a link then ^_^
yeah, with master_10k, he's normally not biased so that's probably why he gave it a wack rating.... as you already know, i specialise in romance animes and rom coms so that's why my ratings can be higher than the average person.
oh so you've been watching that anime about a perverted monk. it's still on my ptw list so let me know what you think of it once you've watched it all.

aaarghhh!!!! just finished reading another "suzuka" type manga (called parallel).... i don't know why but for some reason i don't really like it when the guy keeps chasing and chasing the girl for so long even after many rejections (in simple words getting closer to the "secondary" loser-kun category)... must be my pride coz i'm not used to it and so i find it somewhat irritatin. not to put it down because i did like it (8/10 although i wanted to give it 8.25 but mal won't let me) BUT i'm actually looking for another "Lovely Complex" type of anime OR manga.
for anime-destiny and kaminakun who've not seen it (you definately should because it's one of my fav shoujo romance anime) , it is basically like this:
1)They're both normal personality wise and you could say looks as well
2) it's a reverse role, girl chasing guy.... HOWEVER
3) it's not extreme like other shoujo romance mangas like "desire climax" where the guy JUST happens to be the hottest guy, admired by EVERYONE in SCHOOL and tends to be WAY overconfident and in some mangas really sexually agressive that it sometimes looks like rape (although the girl doesn't stop him, hmm i wonder why?lol)
in short (lol i tried making this short) if you happen to know an anime/manga like this then please let me know (they don't necessarily have to fit all categories completely, except for number 2) *winks at 10k because he's read a lot of shoujo manga*
