Meh CR is shit.

Why? One: it doesn't allow downloads as far as I know (for someone with a history of experiencing unstable internet like me, download is a must for anime) and two: it changes character and stand names in JoJo's bizarre adventure (why would they be sued? They are only subbing what the characters say, not actually naming anything in the anime itself. If anyone is going to get sued, it should be the anime company or Araki Hirohiko, the guy that created JoJo's bizarre adventure). Oh and three: there's a week's wait for airing anime for non-paying members.

Until they fix those problems (in my opinion I guess), fansubbers will continue to exist.

Hi.

I wanted to respond to your comment because it greatly bothered me. To start I want to say why I like Chrunchyroll. The primary reason I like CR and pay for it is because it's legal streaming. This means that, even if it's a little amount of money the money I'm using is going to the people who develop the show that I watch. Secondly I like it because it provides a bit of income to Youtubers that I like. Allowing the Youtubers to potentially make more videos. Lastly I prefer it over other sites because their selection caters to me. While sure they are missing shows that I want to see but they mostly have what I need.

Now I'm going to explain why your post has bothered me. To start calling it shit is a very large statement (to me) this means everything they do is bad which (in my opinion) is far from true.

Next I'd like to talk about how it not having downloads being a problem. As far as I know there is only a single streaming site that has downloads being Youtube, and they only started having that feature less than a year ago. This means that every legal streaming site including Youtube a year ago is 33% at least shit (I got 33% because you only have three arguments) Having unstable internet sucks I know but that's not a streaming site's problem that's your isp's.

Next I agree that changing names is a horrible thing to do but you can't call anything shit because a single product of theirs is bad, it's like calling apple shit because of the iphone 7 or calling Microsoft shit becasue of windows 8 it doesn't work like that. Looking at your profile "There should also be a hell for people who change anime characters' names into whatever they see fit." this seams more of a personal problem than anything.

Next waiting a week to get something for free is pretty good. Most sites don't even give you free content and it's only $7 for a month, that's barely nothing mowing a decently sized lawn could get you two months.

Lastly the part that bothers me most. What was your purpose of responding this. If you don't like CR then just ignore the post. You and I gain nothing from you saying what you did.
