| The top 4 will perform in Tokyo. Chika got emotional again thinking they will all get to perform again together. It's time for the prize giving ceremony and Hiro told Takezou and Chika to accept it. Both Takezou and Chika got emotional while accepting it rrrraaahhh. Everyone was so happy and emotional. Absolutely peak chapter. |
| A more calm chapter imo but ofc perfect as always. I'm very excited for the conversations between the club and isaki, tetsuki etc. after their victory. It's always this month of waiting worth. Btw I guess the next one will come in sept 04th if I read right at the end. |
| That last double spread and Chika and Takezou together taking the award, I teared up. Such a joyous moment for them. Also that was Chika's grandpa on the background of the double spread I think. |

| I feel like I shouldn't be by now, but I'm still always amazed how I feel like this show just gets all the important moments right and doesn't stick to cliches. Like last chapter and this one, after it was announced they won and we get Chika giving Takezo a big hug and crying. I can imagine so many other manga having him hug Satowa or Hiro huggin Takezo or just everyone screaming or crying, but having it be Chika and Takezo hugging was just perfect. This series has been the most pure thing I've read. It's just so heartwarming with genuine, caring characters. Literally can't say enough how much I love this manga. |
| Yep, started off with these two and the journey, in a sense, has kind of ended with these two as well. Proud of Chika and Kurata. We should've got more of Tokise folks celebrating instead of rich kids getting the focus, but fine, the chapter itself was so good that you don't feel like complaining. We're close to the end though, it seems. |
