| nice to know abit more about the girl, as tragic as her story is... I get her a lot more now and I can see where her hate for her mother stems from... both her's and Yuu's stories are both terrible, so when they get together to talk... it should be very intense stuff! |
| Well that must have scared her for life, no wonder she is so depressed and suicidal. And I like the concept of Yuu asking for forgiveness inprisoned to death row, and Mutou asking for death while being free. |

| Good to know more of her story. Her mother is so simplistic. All that matters to her is playing the piano. She was living vicariously through Juri and the rape would just ruin that so it needed to not exist. I suppose the reason I'm less sympathetic towards Yuu is because that while he's had a horrific life, innocent people lost their lives. That man, woman, and poor child had to die. Anyway, their dynamic is interesting. |

| Well, she certainly had a horrible mother. I figured her reason for playing piano would have something to do with a horrible event. Anyways I am not so sure that trying to reach out to prisoners on death row is a good thing, I mean that just means they will regret dying that much more. Might as well have them die when they have as little regrets as possible, unless that is the point. |

| I wonder if it could've been accidental that he pushed the mother and child onto the tracks? But Idk how you can accidentally stab someone with an umbrella. I'm really interested to learn more about that. Juri's mom blaming her daughter for being born as the reason why she can't play piano anymore is just flat out detestable. | This chapter really managed to hit me hard, this is really invoking the harsh realism that something like NHK invoked, obviously to a much different and darker subject material but its sheer no holds bars cynicism really his hard and doesn't hold back but doesnt do it in the way that feels like a poor attempt at being dark for the sake of it. |

| Juri's back story is almost as worse as Yuu's. Though it seems unrealistic for a mother to turn a blind eye to theit child that just got raped, no matter how much carrots you've got up your ass! The end conversation between Yuu and Juri was awesome! 4/5 |

| I really hate the dialouge to such extent here, it sounds so fluffed up to sounds more depressing that it makes me gag. I do feel for Juri, her mother turning a blind eye to her rape because jealousy and its reasonable why she would quit but nobody talks normal in this series, I don't know if its because of the translation but it's really grating. |

| So she got raped in the past by her tutor when all she wanted was to make her mom happy. Well then. I kinda felt that when Juri wanted to be blunt, a lot of people are kind and sometimes it feels really fake. |
| Juri's mom truly is one of the sickest person whom you'd never want to see, not even believing her own daughter. |
| As if living with the guilt of destroying her mother's passion through no fault of her own weren't enough. I really can't blame Juri if she ends up resenting her mom until her deathbed. It's oddly charming how Yuu being transparent with his thoughts as unpleasant as they were ended up getting Juri to actively want to visit him. |
