I have completed season 1 and currently watching season 2, and i wonder.. is that actually how a manga is actually developed? Is it accurate?

Yes, Ohba and Obata gave something like a documentary into the makings of a manga.

Not exactly ,all mangaka have no time for such love relationships and what we see in this work, mangaka work everyday without any break totally different like it shown in barakamon. I think author of barakamon just (and it's obvious) wanted to success his work . And this made his work full of unanswerable ask . This is my review after watching 19 episodes and this thing made me to not have any interesting of continuing to watch this anime .
