hi,name's alligator and have been an anime fan for more than 4 years(i guess).
i'm a rather casual fan and don't mind trying out every different type of genres but i would prefer mostly comedy,fantasy,isekai and rom-com and i would like to think that i have a similar mindset to joey

I'm Jess, been watching anime for at least 9 years or so. Just now starting to pick up some manga too. My fave genres are psychological, horror, comedy, and slice of life. Found this group from the AnimeMan channel (you the man Joey) . I'm a fan of JJBA, Gakkougurashi!,Black Butler, Madoka Magica, and BNHA. Also I'm currently enjoying a manga called Setoutsumi. Lookin' forward to hang with a buncha cool peeps haha

My name is Adwait, average shonen protagonist age while I am writing this.

My heart is very inhuman. I dont like romance, comedy, horror, etc. I tried to watch Gintama, Your Name, A silent voice and i didnt got interested in any of it. (pls dont kill me). I only get interests in shonen/seinens (well except gintama) and if there is no big brain moves or cool animated fight scenes, it aint for me. I am an introvert who always thinks how my life could be f-ckin awesome if I {inserts a shonen story where the MC has cool powers and waifus}. I am not crazy but rly smart (my fav anime is death note & code geass) and Ig thats all I wanna say.

Hi everyone! This is a little late but I am very happy to be in this club.
I am an american young adult who aspires to become proficient in the japanese language. I do enjoy comedy and romance, action adventure, shonen, and drama anime. I started to watch anime back in 2014 when I discovered Fairy Tail by accident. Since then I have watched over 200 shows. Since first experiencing anime, it has made me want to learn japanese. For the past 4 years I have been trying to self studying of the language. Right now I can read hiragana and katakana and understand basic japanese. In the future when I can afford it, I hope to move to Japan and go to a japanese language school where I can learn more. I aspire to pass the JLPT N2 exam some day :)

i started watching anime in year 2018 : started with death note -> promised neverland -> one punch man -> monster and some popular movies
then i took a long break......
again started watching anime on a regular basis from year 2022 and i hope i will take out time to watch anime every now and then in the future
