Can anyone help me with this? I'm pretty sure I copied and typed in everything according to the instructions.

That almost certainly means that you're trying to put the whole form in [quo​te] tags. Make sure you copy the turn-in form exactly as it shows in the actual post, and not from a quote or anything:

I have a quick question regarding resubmitting my challenge after I fixed an invalid entry. Under the turn in form, there is a "Completed Anime (at turn-in):" entry. Since I am resubmitting my challenge after I previously finished it, I have completed more anime. So, would I keep the turn-in number the same as it was when I first submitted my turn-in form, or do I update the number to reflect how many anime I have completed in the period between that turn-in form and now? In other words, do I have this number as 483 (Old Number), or as 533 (New Number)? Thanks!

Where i use Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai.: Menma e no Tegami? No MC is literally named Menma but on Meiko Honma page, her nickname, "Menma", is used as the page title and people also refers to her with that nickname in the anime.

(M2) Watch an anime that has a main character’s name in the main title
   — The anime title must contain part or all of the main character's name (or nickname/alternate name) as it appears at the top of their Character page.

Please state them as they are listed on "Characters & Staff" tab on the anime page.

When I submitted my challenge form, I had all 75 anime I needed listed in there. In between when I posted my turn-in form, Nov. 29th, and Dec. 2 (after the challenge period was over) three separate entries that I used for my list had all been removed from the database because they apparently did not meet the database guidelines. These entries were: 3-pun de Wakaru! Kore made no Love Live!, 3-pun de Wakaru! Kore made no Love Live! Sunshine!!, and 7-fun de Wakaru: Boku no Hero Academia. I'm slightly confused about what do do here.

I don't see why December can't be part of the challenge, though? Why lose an entire month's worth of anime watching? I know the hard-working mods are super busy and need time to go over all the turn-ins. But does it have to happen before Christmas? Why not have the extra time to go over remaining challenge submissions in January.
Some shows this season do not air their final episode until late December so they can't be used in the challenge when it cuts off this early, and people who have more free time towards the end of the year (or just needed those last four weeks to catch up) will miss out as well.

It is a yearly challenge, after all. Hoping maybe this can be changed in the future.

We're working to get everything ready as soon as possible. Usually the challenge is released at the beginning of the second week of January (but it might be few days sooner or later). There will be a ping on Discord/share in the Yearly AWC Club when the challenge is officially released.

Any anime you watch beginning January 01, 2023 in your time zone CAN be used in the 2023 challenge (permitting it fits an item requirement) once it is released.
