second hand berubara manga in Japanese I bought when I went to Japan this is the book without the white cover  and I was lucky enough during my journey to meet a theatre performer from my fav theatre company, who have played Oscar, Andre, Fersen, Allan, in different production of berubara, and I was nuts enough to ask her to signed it, and she trolled me about it (in good nature of course)  |

| I love those Haru! Simple and refined covers. The signature is a nice flex. Coincidentally I am watching 'Onii-sama e' right now and absolutely loving it. I've put off 'Rose of Versailles' for too long, but I want to watch or read it asap. Probably watch because it is my preferred medium. |

Probably watch because it is my preferred medium. at the time the anime tend to tone down a lot of elements and with berubara they toned down the yuri a bit with oniisama e they toned down Rei a notch, because her name was too common and they didn't want real people be affiliated with her and what she does in the story who do you ship though? I'm a Rei-Kaoru shipper through and through LOL also I tend to describe oniisama e as, the modern Japanese version of berubara, with a lot more sex, drugs, and rock'n'roll 😁 |

| I will get around to reading them as soon as I can then. As far as shipping goes, I do feel you on Rei x Kaoru. I haven't completely decided, but I'll let you know after I've finished. It's hard because I love Rei, Mariko, Miya, and Kaoru a lot. I'm basically half way through the anime right now. |

| not a manga one but a series of Forgotten Realms novels + my keys hahahah  I want to get them in english too, but the translations I have in my mother tongue are very good, the same company that did those books, also attempted to translate some manga but they did the worst job possible, as they didn't exactly translate from Japanese, but they took the english translations and translate from them to my language ... that's the definition of "you had one job" I also have a CD collection but I can't take a picture of it at the moment |

Completed my Nana volumes. I saw Claire's omnibus of 'Girl Friends' and the price was right, so I went ahead and bought them too. My favorite thing has the be 'She Loves to Eat' though. So happy to own these and hyped for whenever vol 3 drops. |

| So here’s a funny story. go into the back of volume 2 of she loves to cook and she loves to eat. Look at the section where they have their other manga they are selling. Advertising to “all volumes available” of kiss and white lily for my dearest girl. Which is a giant lie cause the volumes have been out of print for a couple years already. Specifically volumes 2 and 5. Advertising in a new book about an old series that isn’t even in print, whyyyyyy! |

| Volumes 1-10 available now lol. That is a bit weird considering it came out recently. You can find the other volumes of 'Kiss & White Lily' and I wouldn't be surprised if those two come back in stock. I would love to own that series too. The kiss setups are so romantic-absolutely beautiful. I hope you can find them if you are looking <3 |

| Yeah I doubt there is going to be a reprint at this point. When I first saw that I was like “shit does this mean a reprint?!” Nope just really bad marketing. I was lucky enough to find a volume 2 at one point. One day hopefully I can find 5. Kase and yamada is the same way, the first 3 volumes of the first series have been out of print for a while. A new volume comes out kind of soon though so there is still hope for that reprint at least. |

| Finally own all of HSL, I would share the rest of my collection but its kinda cramped since my bookcase is smol and super old, some series are unfinished collecting, etc. Just happy to own one of my absolute all-time favorite series in its entirety.  |

| Not the greatest shot ever - but I finally got in all copies of How Do We Relationship? After waiting like 3 weeks from my local bookstore to get them on order (turns out they were here last week... but the email fell through the crack). I am currently working on rearranging my space because my figures and guitar pedals are taking up most my shelf space. For context it is: Catch These Hands! 1-4 | How Do We Relationship? 1-8 | Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-Kun 1-8 | and at the bottom My Dress-up Darling 1-8 I need to finish up the Nozaki-kun physicals. I had been ordering them whenever I did a big box bookstore order - but since I found out I can just place orders for the manga thats missing locally - I gotta find some time to get the remaining books.  Needless to say - there will be another update at the end of the summer for sure :) Also unphotographed because I haven't unpacked this box from my parents - my Volume 1 of Wandering Son I got when it came out (and long before I finally did) |
| Nice pickup with 'HDWR.' I couldn't be more obsessed with that series. It's been a while since I watched the Nozaki anime. I would definitely like to try reading the manga. I am on the fence about reading Bisque Doll or waiting for season 2. I might try it and see what I think. I didn't realize 'Catch These Hands' had an English release, but that is great to see! I apparently started it and forgot about it. |

| Nozaki manga is fantastic. The adaptation did such a good job capturing the essence of the characters and it's basically "more bits!" They're all so fun it never gets old. I love a good silly comedy like that. Easy recommendation. And at least everyone should watch the show! It was so great 😍 Bisque Doll is good. I really loved reading it leading up to the release of the adaptation. It's art is fantastic and I loved their dynamic. It got weaker as it went on and they drifted from the romance a bit. I enjoy it still but it's infrequent schedule is tough. The adaptation is doing a good job so it's a "if u liked s1 a lot the books are good" but I'd recommend the other series mentioned first. Catch These Hands — you'll quickly realize I am very easy to please and mostly a bubble of positivity — but I found this series great and loved the two main girls. I can relate and they're both so cute I was in love. It's such a goofy book but wholesome. It's short too 💕 |
| Yeah catch these hands was good. The 4th and final volume released in English not that long ago. It’s pretty surprising the amount that gets translated into English these days. Also randomly found a bunch of missing volumes from stuff that was out of print lately so the collecting has been good lately. All caught up with kase and yamada, then goodbye my rose garden had all 3 volumes in a store I went to. Now I just need to find the mysterious 5th volume of kiss and white lily to be all caught up. I know there’s a copy of it halfway across the country. Hopefully they move it to their online warehouse and I can order it in lol |

| Thanks!! I've been lazy about it, but I would love if you post your hauls when you pick things up. I will also try to do better. Otherside Picnic has been great for those who like supernatural/sci-fi and even some light horror elements. I am tempted to read the LN's cuz I want more. |

| Well with the end of the year upon us I committed to my usual end of the year manga purchase. Just catching up on ongoing series. Not going into any new series quite yet, cause there’s about 12 or so of those I want to start. About 50 volumes of stuff I have ongoing with a few series coming to a close are on order now. Feels good. But I will once again need to upgrade my shelving predicament soon enough. |

| Have you gone online and read the full “beauty and the beast girl”? Cause sadly the English release is only like a third of the actual story. Basically the author wanted to enter a contest but needed an actual volume of something to do so. So he just collected the first part as its own volume to submit. So yeah it’s the only volume but doesn’t cover the whole story. |

I took random volumes out of series for the pic, plus I added volumes that are not part of any series. So, if you see that it's "volume 3" or whatever, it doesn't mean there are no other volumes at my place. Anyway, here goes nothing.  |

| I didnt know 'I married my best friend to shut my parents up' had a physical release. Time to swipe the card again I suppose, but that will give me an excuse to get old Takemiya Jin doujinshi physically, instead of navigating the malware hellscape of raw doujin sites. |

| It’s funny cause I kind of had the opposite reaction to 'I married my best friend to shut my parents up‘ because I randomly purchased it and didn’t learn until after that it was done by someone who was known. I haven’t posted in a while, and accidentally deleted the pics I had of my new shelving set up. I’ll have to do that when I’m back in town next. All the shelves being tall looks so much nicer. |

| @CureSolo, yeah, she did, that's why I included it :D @Ahopiyo, I didn't expect to see it myself, but there you go. Also, I'm really happy to see a fellow fan of Takemiya-sensei. I kind of feel she gets less attention than she deserves. In fairness, though, I never expected her to fully submerge into drawing furry yuri (that's a rhyme that I never expected to show up in my speech, but there you go) @alphametroid I actually thought that I Married My Best Friend was a relaxed departure for Kodama Naoko known for her NTR-focused yuri, but seeing her other one-shots or short series, it seems that she is very versatile and this image of hers is mostly undeserved |

| I would also really recommend Hero-san to Moto Onna Kanbu-san (Superwomen in love) to those of you who haven't checked it out. It's quite short, and for the most part, I thought it was quite silly. Like an excuse for a mangaka who is clearly proficient at mecha to draw some yuri. But the final volume changed my mind completely and turned the entire story into what I can't call anything else than really, really touching yuri. The kind of story that makes you re-evaluate all the previous chapters. I loved it. |

| @JennyAysgarth I've noticed the superwoman volumes a lot when shopping, but the premise sounded weird so I avoided it, maybe I should give it a try. The Takemiya binge is real for me right now. Her oneshot stories are really good. I am bad at remembering characters, and often forget people I should definitely know even in long running series. However, I remember almost every character and name from her oneshots. It's also refreshing that a lot of the doujins take place in the same verse, and randomly tie together. I'll probably post a haul picture monday, a package with 67 volumes should arrive there. Got 38 more that should arrive in late june. I think I should be looking for another shelf instead of more doujinshi.. |

| @Ahopiyo, I believe looking for more doujins and shelves simultaneously is the way. And I know what you mean, but she in fact has (as far as I recall) three universes with interconnected characters, but those universes don't mix. This sets her apart from Mochi Au Lait, who created an MCU-scale yuri multiverse where there are connections between official works and doujins that add depth to all stories. I was honestly impressed with this. As for Takemiya-sensei, I'm aware her art style may be shocking to some people, but personally, I find it insanely, otherworldly good. I guess you can see it from the picture I chose for my forum user pic, lol |

| Ahhhh now I just want to get home and order a bunch of stuff. Collecting physical media is such an addiction I swear. Good news for me is I replaced all of my smaller shelves with large ones so now I have a side room fool of empty shelves just waiting to be filled. It will be years before I need to get new shelves again. |
