| Please, it's too hard to choose. Thorfinn had the best executed development Snake was the most badass character Ketil had the biggest 360 Canute scares me Einar is the most loyal guy ever Arnheid had her own conflicts and her helplessness was portrayed amazingly All the centerpiece characters are brilliant. The side characters too are portrayed well with their limited screentime. If there's an option, All of them. Otherwise Thorfinn cuz he has no enemies. |

| I'm probably in the minority who thinks Einar is best boy. My man went through absolute hell yet still somehow made the most out of his life as a slave. Whereas any other person would've completely broke. Yes, I know Thorfinn went through worse. But his actions broke him as seen at the start of the series and he didn't fully recover. Einar was one of the reasons why Thorfinn is who he is currently in the story. |
