| There's so much to talk about this last episode! This Devil and Protagonist reminds me of Kurama and Naruto, but this isn't over yet! The final arc is yet to come! that fight against the devil with the power of friendship was amazing! Asta's character development was paid off and becomes stronger even without any powers, he came a long way. There are still some explaining to do of why Asta's mother decided to leave Asta in the first place before meeting the Devil? Also, kind of disappointed Sisgoleon cut her hair way too short! |

| My almost 3 month long journey with Black clover is almost ending today (still need to watch the movie). I'm a little sad not to see the great world and lovable characters for a while. I have to admit that I had trouble sympathizing with Asta at first, because of his slightly annoying voice. But 170 episodes later, I love him very much and also all the members of the Black Bull. I would give Black Clover a rating of 8.5/10-> rounded up to 9. The story was mostly very interesting and also some filler episodes were very entertaining. Black Clover also triumphs from its wonderful characters. Characters like Finral, Julius, Jack, Mereoleona and many more have grown very close to my heart over the course of the anime. I will miss them very much until the story continues. The best fights in my opinion were Julius vs Patri, Dante vs Yami and Finral vs Langris. Nevertheless, BC also has some downsides. The many recaps would not have been necessary, the filler arc with the Devil Believers would have deserved a better ending and characters like Gordon, Grey, Jack ect. should have gotten more attention. Overall, I find BC a very successful Shonen anime that brings a lot of fun and comedy but can also be very serious in the right moments. Now I'm really looking forward to the movie and hope the anime will be continued soon. |
| This episode made me cry, Asta's mom was a good person. Liebe and Asta are really alike. I cannot wait for the next season to drop, it was an incredible experience no other anime has ever made me feel like this, i finished it in 2 weeks, Black clover is peak. |
| I can't believe I made it this far and this show is finally over. It was a slog going through the first 70 episodes but it eventually picked up the pace and became pretty good. I just wish it was made properly from the beginning cause the manga is actually pretty decent. Tabata understood and learned from his predecessors what to do and what not to do; even though sometimes he still writes some cringe. The art is actually the best part of the manga. Tabata is one of the best artists in all of shounen jump and it really made me mad to see his work get adapted like a slideshow with some of the WORST ART I'VE EVER SEEN. At some episodes I was questioning why this was even allowed to air cause it went beyond the "oh it's weekly so it's not the gonna have the best animation". It was DISGUSTING to look at. I encourage you to read the manga instead. Final score: 6/10 |

| Just happened to listen to Black Rover, and it made me realize how much I miss this show. Hopefully we get more Black Clover soon. |
| Show had a really rough start, but kept getting better and better despite the inconsistent animation. Ended up enjoying it more of what I expected, ended up getting attached to most of the characters too (Noelle is a great heroine). I'm definitely reading the manga now that I finished the anime. |
