| Bonus episode 25 will feature Izaya twins sisters :D According to Narita Ryohgo twitter, ep 25 is not the story finale but just as bonus epilogue of the anime.He also written the episode by himself.  |

| Wow, I'm going to really miss this show. The final episode was really neat and I loved it a lot. I enjoyed Anri's slight fight with Izaya. I guess I could count that as my favorite part besides the aftermath at the way end xD And I just adore Celty more and more~ Hoping for a season 2! Durarara!! was an amazing hype that will always be remembered. |

| Not bad. Not as awesome as I expected, but it kind of left me with a satisfied feeling. And yes, I do ship KidaxSaki a lot. They're too cute together OMG my yaoi-fangirl-thoughts are leaving me. Erika will hate me I'd like to see more as much was not really explained but if there is no more, that's not bad either. DRRR!! left me hanging for a short period but the ending was alright. Was good. And the whole first arc was great. So a 9/10 from me. |

| S1 over, waiting for S2 (no way in the hell BB want to throw their newest money machine) 8/10 Very good series but still not great as Baccano did. but whatever... the rest of material in novel is still great from what I heard, gonna wait more that part animated. |

Only truly loose end is Shingen, the head and Izaya what will do with it now. |

| Just finished the final episode, and I loved it. This whole series has been really awesome and I'm glad that I don't have to wait that long for it to come out on DVD over here (info so far suggests the end of the year or near to it, maybe early next year). |
| After reading comments on here I wasn't expecting much but I actually really enjoyed the episode and found the ending rather satisfying. It's a shame the series had trouble with pace. I get that they were trying to not leave out stuff but there was a few episodes, which were rather boring for me. Overall a really nice series. Looking forward to a second season hopefully. |

| 9/10 I smiled hard when Simon hit Izaya. I smiled REALLY hard when Simon said Izaya had a Shizuo complex. Shizaya is love. And I full on laughed when Celty was seducing Shinra. Oh, Shinra you pervert. Other than that, everything else was fine. I was expecting an all out epic war-massacre-violence scene, and more into Celty's head. Well, I'm looking forward to the specials. Hope it'll cover the parts this episode missed. |

| Celty's smokin' hot body! :3 This episode was a little soft, but that's fine with me.... a happy ending that leaves me wanting more. At least Simon popped Izaya in the eye - that was definately needed. Well now , it ended after all. I'm really gonna miss the series and I think this episode was a nice way to end it, leaving some questions to forecast a promiscuous sequel however I don't really think it'll happen~ Still I enjoyed every second of it, the OST, the characters, the storytelling so I'm not hesitating to give this a 10/10 ... I am going to give it a 9/10, just because of some things that I felt were loose ends or not explained clearly. Like Celty never getting her head back, never getting any further interaction with the new scary cop or Shinra's father. I felt that they were going to be more important but they just faded away after one episode. There is other stuff too that is just not coming to mind.... |

| Saw it a little late but i did see it! I liked the ending, everything worked out for everyone though I wish they made it a little more interesting like in the beginning of the series. Either way i was satisfied with the series as a whole but don't believe a 2nd season is necessary. |

| Wasn't the greatest episode but I guess you can't expect too much, the animators are still bound by the manga after all. I do hope they continue with a season 2 sometime though. This was a great series IMO, from the OST to the characters to the plot, everything was really well done. | mediocre ending :( nothing too special. it had so much potential though. im rating it 8/10 if there will be a 2nd season. as a standalone series, this ending would just be unsatisfying. |
| It tried too hard. Better than Baccano, so that's a tremendously entertaining improvement, but at the end of the day, the show fizzled at the end. Bumped down to an 8/10. |

| Shrina x Celty moment was adorable. I thought Celty would have her head by the end, but I guess not :/ I stuck around this series for Shizuo, and he will always be the best character in the whole show. >>I'm loving that punch. Izaya had it coming. And I liked how Kida was in the chatroom. Good way to piece it together. There should be a second season, though. I want to see Mikado x Anri. |

| I'm another person who gave 9 initially, but bumped it down to an 8. This was a great series for the first half, but it ended up going around in circles for a good 5-10 episodes in the second half, starting with the closure of the slasher/saika arc. As for the ending itself, it was alright, if somewhat anti-climatic. There is more to come, but I'm not sure if we will see any real closure in the specials, not that it needs real closure if they are just going to rush it and I would prefer them to be used to develop minor characters who weren't given much screen time. I know at least one other anime with a similar kind of ending, so it's not even all that original. Still, it's a very enjoyable anime, it just takes something special to get a 9 or 10 from me, and Durarara isn't that special anime. |

| Nice enough ending I guess ... although not too satisfying seems to leave a lot of endings open so guessing that a second season may be on it's way. Although I was expecting something on par with Baccano I still liked Baccano more =/ surprised DRRR!! overtook it but oh well, still a decent anime. |
| I finally recognized the Love sign. It was on the edge of my mind for a few days now because i knew i spotted it somewhere before. Finally recognized it from Skip Beat today... Unless that wasn't a reference and just wanted to throw that in there. |

| it seems like we just ended the masaomi arc, not the whole series indeed. We need a second season that's for sure. 9/10 |
