I liked the first couple of chapters. The manga didn't do anything particularly amazing. Still, it had this cool, lonely vibe of exploring a dead world with the eyes of an artificially engineered human on a hopeless mission. We got to see what was left of humans, and I hoped that maybe in the future, the story would drift into a more philosophical approach, focusing on the sins humankind committed, and maybe that what happened was what we deserved. At least that's the story I built inside my head, and well, it's not really what we got.

beings, and with them come even more of them in the flashbacks, and in person as the story progresses. It gets rather lively there, and the cool vibe is gone. It also starts having weirdly looking shonen fights, not a fan of that with a sci-fi setting, and definitely not a story like this.
Overall, probably a decent read, but I was expecting something different and just couldn't enjoy what it ended up being.
