Okay, that TBH X episode 20 was probably one of my favorite episodes of the year, perhaps. I genuinely haven't been able to stop rewatching it.
Apparently it's currently one of the highest rated episodes on Crunchyroll...I know that alone doesn't mean everything, but it's the same company that gasses up every single Solo Leveling episode, so it's worth something xD

The Summer Hikaru Died never really appealed to me, tbh. Nice visuals but the story is not as engaging as the masses make it out to be. Am I supposed to focus on mystery or this two dudes being gay for each other? It’s simultaneously dysfunctional and boring to me, personally. The only attention I got from me is being produced by CyGames which has been gaining much attention with its growing animation talent.

CITY will always have the KyoAni glaze, but even as a KyoAni fan myself, I’m no fan of this or Nichijou’s type of comedic presentation…Azumanga I didn’t like but it was definitely much more enjoyable at least.

I’m not too worried about Silent Witch’s production, tbh. I AM a bit concerned about its adapting, though. It did cut a notable bit of corners with the source material from what I've looked into so far, but anime-wise it still flows very nicely for the most part. The last thing I want is utter disappointment like with Mushoku Tensei s2.

I have Fragrant Flower and Silent Witch as my favorite picks from this season. ESPECIALLY Fragrant Flower cause I'm a big fan of the manga.
Arknights S3 is more personal of a pick for me as someone who has read the in-game story.
Call of the Night S2 is alright and quite engaging, even though I'm quite as invested into the story or characters as much as I'd like to.

Oh the glazing is even more insufferable on Twitter. To the point I literally had to mute the word “Takopii” to keep my sanity intact 😭

The glazing of Takopii has somehow gotten worse, it’s insane how so many people can look at it with such surface level perspective. But hey, overblown trauma stories and emotional manipulation sell too easily nowadays, I guess 😅

Ofc I'm alr on takopi and dandadan tmr but I'm actually most excited for the summer hikaru died and csm. I've never seen kaoru hana personally but I've seen edits so I might check it out for myself. more than the call of the night anime I'm happy the manga will be returning for however many bonus chapters for the paradise arc.. we will be eating splendidly for next season its simply incredible tbh.

oh and return of the gooners with dressup darling obviously WE cant miss that.

I've read shiunji manga and people who think the anime is bad then anywhere near current shiunji will frighten them

yeah i get that, happens with random character jumps. i liked e-soul's over cyan's by a margin though. the stuff with nice has still been the peak of it for sure

the thing is umineko's like 3x the length of fata morgana though, that's why people these days tend to just read the manga instead lmao
i don't wanna speak for that adaptation though incase it gets butchered, since LN/novel adaptations tend to trim a lot, and LOTM is such a series that has veryyyy heavy exposition and info dumping at the early parts. so as long as they stay faithful, it'll be insane. like seriously, even things that don't really need specific laws get it's own unique laws, the author just loves to leave no stone unturned lmao but yeah stay tuned for that one

summer looks stacked for sure. seems cloveroworks will be going extra hard lmao. i'm most excited for grand blue because it adapts some of the best parts of the manga. though i'm only JUST NOW realizing kaijuu no.8 season 2 is also airing, why has there been no hype at all lmao?
