TLDR - The title of the anime gives away a lot, expect a lot of instant death! With all the awkwardness that comes with it. Give it a shot.
I'll start off by saying that this anime isn't for everyone, and the start is very very rough with so much left up in the air early on. But as per the title 'instant death', it's very heavily seeped in one punch man with a morbid kind of humour.
