I've said so much about this show already, to the point where I can't add much without it being repeated.
I wish I could say it's perfect like other shows I have, it's honestly close to being perfect, but I can't suggest it to everyone and everybody, that's why I refuse to call it perfect.
I've watched most of this weekly on release, and binged the last bit.
It gave me goosebumps, made me hype and happy about living, and most importantly it got my brain running.

The first is the obvious, the latter on the other hand is more personal... This show is very comfy, it's the type of show I choose when I want to relax and let go. There are a lot of shows this season, with a handful being so good they are the Right Choices that don't leave any time for other content. I'm pretty happy I picked this out from the promotional content I saw before release. I enjoyed this show very much and cried my eyes out at the end.
I wish I could say it was perfect all throughout... Don't get me wrong, the adaptation and animation were pure perfection, made me wish Studio Enishiya would end up doing Goodnight Punpun next. I just felt like episode 5 was done by the creator to pull off the twist it needed, broke Takopi's personality and made me question his emotional progress. I think the happy ending it got was perfect. Takopi, in spite of his idiocy, came to the terms with the Journey they had taken on. Understood what was needed to be done to "fix" ...

Have to say, either you are a filler person or you are not!
Some people despise fillers hence they might dread the classics, some people love them. I care about every related piece of media released for that one title. If you are craving for more Kaiju No. 8, or any other anime, then you should definitely watch the extra content to wash the craving away! The highly-acclaimed production team behind this, puts an unreasonable amount of expectation behind it and I'm happy to announce, it didn't flop.
It had a perfect opening and ending episode, whilst maintaining the quality through the second half. It's just the expectation formed beforehand makes you feel a bit disappointed while the show is taking its time building on things. It tries to make Lazarus into this family before a team, and I'm happy it succeeds. Even though almost all the clues were there I didn't get to the answers till the very end. It had quality animation, stellar action performances and managed to represent the global issues ...

This is one of the best adult romances you could watch right now, with mysteries and good world building sprinkled on top!
It does explain and answer everything though so just in case you need room for speculations you might find yourself annoyed by getting answered, but as someone who doesn't love that, I'm still very satisfied, it's not annoying at all! I wonder how it's going to be continued because the manga hasn't ended but I'm pretty satisfied with where it took off. Now time for spoiler based review: One example of things being answered is why Kujirai is the only thing in Kowloon that wasn't replicated. ...

I think that romance is truly handpicked for every specific person, so someone might yuck my yum and hate this. But I enjoy what they've done, it doesn't scream quality at every turn, but it knows the demography that consumes this and aims the high quality content at them which are the spicy shots. As for the romance/ecchi, the romance is there and it's fine, it's very tailored to the fetish indulged sections and impowers them!
